Fullon no longer 5 star property

Location is perfect for me, just a few minutes from JCC. Rooms are spacious although "well worn".

In my opinion the Fullon is no longer a 5 star hotel. It needs updating & refurbishment. Poor service upon arrival, had to request assistance. My 3rd stay at this Fullon & each time the swimming pool is closed for "maintenance". Nothing special for breakfast. They need to learn how to make fluffy scrambled eggs & buy superior coffee beans!

Very good 5-star hotel near the Daan park

Very good location. Just 5 minutes walk from Daan Park MRT station. Spacious well-equipped room. Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. The Jewish community center and Beth Habad is just around the corner. Less than 3 minutes walk.

A little renovation could be helpful. Some of the staff members don’t speak English.

Old fashioned outside but nice inside

Clean and cozy room with a pleasant interior, comfortable and soft bed. The staff is nice and friendly, especially in the spa and gym area. Despite the fact that the hotel is located near the highway, the room is very quiet. There are cafe and restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel and also spa, pool and gym on the third floor.

The building looks very old from the outside, it does not give the impression of a five star hotel at all. The spa area is inconsistently clean, and there is dirt in the hot spring bath. There is no socket near the bed. In the room when you turn on the shower, there was a very loud sound and water splashed in different directions.

Clean and Simple

Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed and super fluffy pillows. Nice sized bath and excellent water pressure. Great selection of movies on the TV. The swimming pool was clean and of a good size, and also not crowded at the time we were there Wonderful central location.

The wallpaper was coming off the wall in one part of the room. Some of the built in furniture was a little bit dated (like the TV stand). The room service menu was too simple: it could really do with being updated with more contemporary foods and some better options for vegans and vegetarians.

- When I have breakfast, I didn't need to move around to get food. The waiters/waitresses received my order and brought the food to me. - The spa has a sodium bicarbonate spring and a salt spring.

- It would be better if the staffs have a higher English proficiency. - The consent of the desk in the room was broken.
